A1: We make certain to remove all loose and flaking paint from all surfaces. Often, this is done by pressure washing or manually scraping. Sometimes, surfaces have to be scuffed up, abraded, profiled, or even primed to guarantee adhesion. That’s why we take our time where it counts – in the preparation.

A2: The State of Florida does not require painters to be licensed. We seek out all industry-recognized certifications and designations and follow best practices. We are compliant with both General Liability and Workers' Compensation Insurance. Proof of Insurance is available upon request.

A3: We offer a two-year guarantee on almost all projects and longer on others. So, if you notice an issue – small or large – please call our office. We strive to create “customers for life,” so the fact is, you can call on us any time after your project has been completed!

A4: We use Benjamin Moore & Sherwin Williams paints because we have a strong relationship with the brand and they produce quality products. This means that if there is ever a manufacturing defect, we know they will stand behind our work – and your project. However, we do make exceptions when there are superior products in specific situations or if our customers have a strong product preference.

A5: We ask for a deposit to schedule the project and either balance upon completion or progress payments depending upon the size of the job.

A6: There is no need to take time off from work. Once we have access to the worksite, no one needs to be around. You can go shopping, run errands, or meet up with friends. We are fully insured, so there is nothing to worry about.
